I saw this ad to order Christi Brinkleys DermaLife snake venom peptide cream which was not stated that snake venom was in the product or I would never even ordered it. The price:$4.95 for free trial size and while completing order it prompted me to order for $5.99 Rejuv a Derm advanced eye gel. It would not let me void ordering the Rejuvederm eye gel and charged me $5.99. Order date Jan 12,2017. It took about 6 days to get it. No paperwork or invoice in package or terms. Then on Jan 25th while checking my bank balance, I incurred charges $92.53 transaction description WildGarcina and description paid to debit card 1QL*Skincream $89.95. Total $183.48 that I am short this month. I needed moisturizer for my face. It was an xtreme cold day hrre. This has cost me too much. I received the serum and eye cream today. Called the number provided through my credit card when I paid the shipping and handling. Number is 866-280-2879 on the credit card statement, address on the product is 782 South River Road, St. George, UT 84790. They do have a phone number, likely Customer Service, at 866-293-6170 or 866-293-5316 and website at faceskinsupport.com. Argued with the operator who kept saying she would extend the subscription 10 extra days. I informed her that there was nothing on the Free Trial offer indicating there would be a “subscription” allowing them to send additional product (FTC violation). It got a bit nasty when she wouldn’t accept that I didn’t want any additional product, I wasn’t interested in a subscription, and that if additional product was sent, it was without my authorization and I would have any credit card charge reversed. I eventually had to let her know that I was an attorney and would go after the company if they didn’t comply due to their FDA and FTC violations. She finally agreed to remove the “subscription.” Haven’t used the products yet, as I’m concerned there was no ingredient list, which is required by the FDA for all cosmetic products. Researching to see if I can find an ingredient list.
Just tried to send an email to the URL listed on the product labels (faceskinsupport.com and yourskinsupport.com). They have either been discontinued or never existed. However, the synthetic snake venom (syn-ake), is an approved cosmetic ingredient [ Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate ], with no safety issues listed on the Personal Care Product Council ingredient database. Will try both products on my forearm before using on my face so see if there is an adverse reaction.

OMG. This just happened to me yesterday. I called and quickly cancelled. The stupid girl on the phone said I will give you extra 30% off your ordered. I also looked for the adverstisment also and I never could find it saying they will bill me every month. I was also charged $92.53. This company are a bunch of scumbags.

I have been getting robot calls from them also for about two months. I filed their phone number with the National No Call Registry and stopped receiving calls from those numbers but now they are using different numbers. The latest numbers use the area code of my home state which they got on their own, which I guess isn’t hard if you are a computer geek, which is what these people are who are too lazy to use their skills by getting a good paying job. You can’t even block the number with the phone company because they will just use another number to show up on your called ID and of course when you try to call any of their numbers back they are nonworking numbers.
