Choice 1000 Caralluma Review

Choice 1000 Caralluma is a dietary supplement that promises to help you lose weight by suppressing your appetite. But does Choice 1000 Caralluma really work?

Find out today in our review.

What is Choice 1000 Caralluma?

Choice 1000 Caralluma is a health supplement that promises to use natural ingredients – mainly Caralluma extract – to suppress your appetite and block your body’s ability to store fat.

If you’ve read a few dietary supplement reviews, then you know that those promises sound extremely similar to Garcinia Cambogia. Like Garcinia cambogia, Caralluma extract is purported to use natural ingredients to block fat storage, suppress appetite, and boost serotonin. This improves your overall mood and encourages you eat less while losing weight.

Both Garcinia cambogia and Caralluma extract have other things in common. They both come from natural products, for example. Caralluma is a cactus-like plant that grows naturally in India.

In any case, the most active ingredient in Choice 1000 Caralluma claims to be Caralluma extract, which comes from the Caralluma fimbriata plant.

The supplement claims to have been advertised on CNN, ABC, Fox News, USA Today, and many other major media outlets. The official Choice 1000 Caralluma website also claims that the supplement is made in the USA in a “state of the art FDA registered laboratory” under the “strict guidelines of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s cGMP certification.

That official website also claims that you can lose 1 pound per day by taking the Choice 1000 Caralluma formula, which comes in a 1 gram capsule that you take daily.

How Does Choice 1000 Caralluma Work?

Choice 1000 Caralluma claims to contain 100% pure Caralluma fimbriata extract. As mentioned above, this is a cactus-like plant used in India since ancient times.

Indians use Caralluma fimbriata for cooking: it’s eaten raw and pickled, for example. In ancient times, it was rumored to be used as an appetite suppressant and energy booster. Hunters would take it on multi-day hunts to suppress their appetite and stay energized for long periods of time without needing to stop for rest.

In more modern times, we know a little more about how Choice 1000 Caralluma works. Its primary action is thought to be related to molecules of sugar called pregnane glycosides. These molecules bind to pregnane hydrocarbons, which means your stomach – and your body – feels more “full”.

Scientific Evidence for Caralluma Fimbriata

A limited number of studies have been performed on Caralluma fimbriata over the years. Here are two of the most important studies:

In May 2007, researchers separated a study group into two groups of people. One group took Caralluma extract while the other did not. At the end of the research period, the experimental group was observed to have “a trend towards a greater decease in body weight, body mass index, hip circumference, body fat and energy intake”, although these results were not seen to be “significantly different between experimental and placebo groups.”

Another study from June 2013 studied the effects of Caralluma extract over a 12 week period, during which the experimental group displayed a reduction in waist size along with “a significant reduction in body weight, BMI, hip circumference, systolic BP, HR, triglyceride levels, total fat and saturated fat intake.”

Aside from these two studies, there have been no other studies examining the link between Caralluma extract and weight loss. Nevertheless, these studies have been promising, and more research is being performed to determine the effectiveness of Caralluma extract.

How Much Does Choice 1000 Caralluma Cost?

Choice 1000 Caralluma is available from the official website at the following prices:

— 1 Bottle (60 Capsules, or 2 Month Supply): $49.99
— Buy 2, Get 1 Free: $99
— Buy 3, Get 2 Free: $148

These prices seem cheap compared to other weight loss supplements on the market. However, there’s one big catch behind each price: the price you see above assumes you’ve submitted a mail in rebate coupon. You’ll need to print off a coupon on the Choice 1000 Caralluma website, mail it to the manufacturer, and follow the instructions posted in your ordering package to receive the refund.

If you don’t send in the mail in rebate, then the prices look like this:

— 1 Bottle: $59.99
— Buy 2, Get 1 Free: $129
— Buy 3, Get 2 Free: $198

You’ll also need to pay shipping and handling with every order. If you decide to return your supplement, then you’ll need to pay all shipping and handling charges as well as a $5.95 restocking fee per unit. You’ll also need to return your package within 30 days of ordering, and that package needs to be completed unopened.

There’s no autoship program with Choice 1000 Caralluma. However, you will automatically be signed up to some fitness service called My Healthy Helper (My-Healthy-Helper.com). This site promises to provide workouts and recipes that boost your ability to lose weight. It’s nothing special, and most people will want to cancel their subscription after ordering (you get a free 30 day trial, so you can cancel anytime within that period).

To talk to Choice 1000 Caralluma customer service representatives or cancel your order and receive a refund, call them at 866-369-8481.

Who Should Use Choice 1000 Caralluma?

Caralluma fimbriata extract is backed by more concentrate science than similar products like Garcinia Cambogia. However, there have only been a limited number of studies performed thus far. These studies have suggested that Choice 1000 Caralluma can be used as an appetite suppressant – although its weight loss results have been relatively small.

Of course, just because a supplement will suppress your appetite and make you feel “full” doesn’t mean it will immediately make you lose weight. You’ll still need to carefully diet and exercise while taking this supplement if you want the best results.

With that in mind, Choice 1000 Caralluma appears to be a reputable company. However, be aware that the price you see posted includes a mail-in-rebate, and that you’ll be automatically signed up for a fitness website after 30 days at a price of around $10 per month.

  1. Scam. Product does absolutely nothing. Was charged $129 & given a $77 discount. Since I got a discounted price they would not refund my $51. This is how this piece of shit company steals your money.

  2. this product is a joke they refuse to guarantee refund company is Secsant from Las Vegas no more business from me I should know better were is Dr. Oz ???

  3. Remember people – on the web anybody can claim or say anything without it being true or supported. This product is complete bunk. If something sounds “too good to be true”….it generally is. Lose weight by reducing your calories, eating more greens and walking or jogging! There is a magical weight loss drug out there.

  4. There ordering is not clear. I chose the 3 bottles and was automatically sent to another page and was upsaled by accidentaly hitting the wrong button it automatically sent my order in. There is no other page after that to see how many your getting and how much is shipping like they have on Amazon. I could not fix it. The sent me two emails of how much I was being charged and still no break down of shipping and how many bottles were coming. One was for $95.70 And another for $129 and that you are automatically sighned up for a monthly trial thing that would be charged to you monthly still not knowing what this is. I called the next morning to cancel it was already being shipped. I recieved the package in the mail I ended up getting 9 bottles that I could not afford. So, I sent it back telling me I was going to get refunded I even talked to at least 3 people. When I got refunded I was shorted $53.55 I called them on this and they said it was a restocking fee I also complained to them about how bad there website is on ordering. Nobody told me this and all that trouble and i get shorted for them to put bottles on a shelf I get nothing. I am complaining to the BBB on them.

    • I can not find a phone number to cancel my order and get a refund.
The number in the package is only a number trying to get you to buy other products,
so I can’t even get my money back. The stuff does not work.
Do you have their phone number?

    • The same thing happened to me. My computer started to flash after I clicked what I thought was a one month supply only. It kept adding pages for new products. I kept clicking no thanks. then the whole screen went blank and I couldn’t get back to it to see what I ordered. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

  5. Remember people – on the web anybody can claim or say anything without it being true or supported. This product is complete bunk. If something sounds “too good to be true”….it generally is. Lose weight by reducing your calories, eating more greens and walking or jogging! There is no magical weight loss drug out there. If there was, everyone would be taking it who needed it and it would be accessible over the counter or through your doctor. NOT pushed via an Internet scam. Common sense.

  6. I’m recovering from Cancer & I’m taking a lot of medications. If I star 1000 Caralluma, will it had any effects. Also I will like to know if it drys your mouth or any other symptoms.
