How Does Brainergy-X Work?

Brainergy-X claims to work using a blend of about a dozen different proven nootropic ingredients. Each dose of the supplement contains 1,400mg of formula across all of these ingredients.

Specific ingredients include:

— Vitamin B1 (Thiamin): 5mg, or 333% of your daily value
— Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): 2.5mg, or 147%
— Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide): 20mg, or 100%
— Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine): 5mg, or 250%
— Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin): 130mcg, or 2167%

Synergistic Cognitive Compound containing L-Theanine, caffeine, ginkgo biloba, panax ginseng, Bacopa monnieri, alpha GPC, BioPerine, Rhodiola rosea, L-tyrosine, and taurine: 1405mg (no established daily value).

Other ingredients included in the compound include microcrystalline cellulose and rice flour, both of which are used to create the capsule.

The ingredient amounts listed above assume a serving size of 2 capsules.

Scientific Studies on Brainergy-X

Brainergy-X hasn’t been extensively studied in a clinical setting or peer-reviewed journal. However, its ingredients havebeen studied. Brainergy-X claims to be based on real research and it’s proud of this fact.

That’s why Evo-X has created a “Research” tab on its official product page. That research tab lists dozens of studies on all of the different ingredients within Brainergy-X.

Some of the key demonstrated benefits of the ingredients in Brainergy-X include:

— Caffeine and L-theanine can provide high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and alertness, and demonstrated in this study.

— Ginkgo biloba has been shown to improve memory and significantly improved age-related decline in 6 out of 9 double-blind studies compared to a placebo, as demonstrated in this study.

— Alpha GPC is a well-known nootropic compound that can produce cognitive improvement, as shown in this study, and it’s even been shown to help you boost your max bench press weight.

— L-Tyrosine improves cognitive performance and decreases memory loss during stressful situations.

— Taurine stimulates the growth of new blood vessels and is a well-known energy-boosting compound.

Ultimately, the studies listed above can be taken with a grain of salt because most of them used different formula amounts compared to Brainergy-X. Since Brainergy-X doesn’t list most of its specific ingredient amounts (they’re hidden within a proprietary formula), you may not be able to replicate the results of the above studies.

The manufacturer of Brainergy-X recommends taking 1-2 capsules twice per day, including one serving in the morning and one serving after lunch. Take the supplement with water and do not take more than 4 capsules in a 24 hour period.
