BIGGEST SCAM!!! I got the “30 day free trial” that was offered on what I was later told was a third party website but then I get charged 14 days after my trial started. So I called their “customer service” which was no service to me, to request a refund and cancel my order. But the call was made in vain because the representative had no sympathy and said that all this was in the terms and agreements. This is a rip off!! My husband ordered these, he has alzheimer’s and took it upon himself to order the free samples. AND NO THEY DON’T WORK AT ALL!! THEN the next month $180 is taken out of our account. Being retired I was floored, we don’t get much money on SSI, barely enough to make it for a couple of weeks and struggle for 2 weeks at the end of the month!! I called Alpha Prime Elite’s customer service and got a girl named Bethany, very rude, would not listen and kept talking over me, just keep reading her script on how the sale is final and each month they’ll take the $180 out of our acct. I asked for a Mgr several times before she finally got someone else who CLAIMED to be a supervisor named Jasmine!! Obviously not a Mgr, just as rude!! This company is a rip off and their customer service has NO COMPASSION whatsoever! I do not recommend this company at all. Their CS is lousy and rude!!!

You charged my account early. I want the $89.99 and $89.95 charges put back in my account on Monday, 4/10/17. I will send your useless product back. If not, I will make a formal complaint to the FCC and post on Facebook and Twitter that you are not a trustworthy company, that your business practices are less than honest and that you are selling a product using dishonest claims. This product is a scam. It does absolutely nothing and after the manufacturers get your credit card information they’ll charge you $89.00 a month until you call and cancel. They’ll say there is a money back guarantee but if you try to get any money back they’ll describe the charges as “legal charges.”
Of course, anytime a company has to tell they had a legal right to charge you such a ridiculously high price for a do nothing supplement you should know it’s a scam. When they won’t honor their own money back guarantee, you can be sure of it.
My personal experience with the product and the company.
After almost 1 month of taking the pills:
* The product did absolutely nothing to me. I felt no change in anything.
* For those who are tempted to pay $5 for a trial bottle, beware: by entering the trial you’re opting for a subscription service! Once you’re on the hook you have 14 days only to cancel you subscription or else watch your credit card being charged $80. This is how they recoup and make profit on the “trial”. Again, the $80 is for the _trial_ bottle for which you already paid $5 shipment. If you do nothing, they will charge you again $80 and ship you another bottle of their non-working product.
* Once you’re charged $80 you aren’t going to see that money back. The best you can do is to bitch on the phone and then maybe (only maybe) they will refund you $39, like they did to me.
