How Does BodyShred Work?

BodyShred is based on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) techniques. These techniques involve exerting yourself in bursts of maximum energy and then relaxing during brief periods of recovery.

BodyShred also uses Jillian Michaels’ famous 3-2-1 interval program, which involves performing 3 minutes of strength training, two minutes of cardio exercise, and one minute of core work. Each exercise within the category lasts for 30 seconds, and you repeat the full circuit until you hit 30 minutes.

There are no recovery breaks during BodyShred. You’re constantly moving for 30 minutes, performing all different types of workouts. Some of the workouts are basic, while others are more complex.
