BioTrim Labs doesn’t actually disclose the ingredients in these supplements on its main sales page. You have to go to the official company website to learn exactly what’s in the supplements. Keep in mind that the company claims to use all natural ingredients to achieve its benefits. So what’s exactly in these supplements? Take a look.

— Nitric Max Muscle: Contains 800mg of A-AKG, A-KIG, OKG, and GKG, all of which are amino acids. Basically, it’s an L-Arginine blend. Keep in mind that L-Arginine is typically taken in doses of 3g to 5g for bodybuilding benefits, so the 800mg in each capsule of Nitric Max Muscle is relatively low (although the manufacturer recommends you take 3 capsules per day).

— Pure Green Coffee Extract: Contains 800mg of green coffee bean extract and GCA (less than 5% caffeine and 50% chlorogenic acids) in each capsule. The ingredients claim to be derived from unroasted (“green”) coffee beans and are designed to help regular blood sugar and metabolism.

— HGH Pro Rx: Contains 1040mg of vitamin B6, tribulus fruit, L-Arginine, L-Leucine, L-Glutamine, L-Lysine Hydrochloride, Gamma-Amino Butyric Acid, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, Colostrum, L-Ornithine, and L-Glycine. Your body needs amino acids to produce HGH, and HGH Pro Rx provides your body with those amino acids (although once again, the amino acid dosage is far below the amount we typically see to boost HGH).

— Max Recover Deer Antler: This sublingual spray contains 215mg of L-Arginine, Deer Antler Velvet Extract, Horny Goat Weed Extract, Tribulus Terrestris Extract, and Niacin in each spray. These ingredients are popular testosterone and virility boosters, although once again, the dosage seems to be relatively small (you typically take 500mg of tribulus terrestris per day for testosterone benefits).

Overall, these ingredients don’t give us much information about any supplement. BioTrim Labs is clearly a big fan of proprietary formulas. We know the total dosage of the ingredients in the supplement, but we don’t know any actual specific dosage information. That makes it hard to compare the BioCore supplement lineup to other systems. Typically, this is done to hide low dosages of a supplement.

Overall, the ingredients in the BioCore Muscle & Fitness System are pretty good. But the dosages of these ingredients is relatively weak. Unless you’re a relatively small guy (under 150 pounds), the ingredients in BioCore Muscle & Fitness System are unlikely to have a significant effect on your body.

It’s also important to note that BioTrim hasn’t performed studies on any of its supplements. It just crams a bunch of other ingredients together and hopes the effects stack on top of each other.
